The Made by African hands for African bodies collection celebrates craftsmanship and femininity with soft cocoon silhouettes and beautifully crafted details. The soft circular shape was a underlying influence appearing repeatedly in the cutout shapes, the trace patterns of the hand knitted panels even the layout of the catwalk at SA Fashion week.
Raw edged hemlines and barefooted models lend a relaxed feel to this collection, blurring the lines between luxurious high-end fashion and everyday beauty. It explores the variety of soft colours found in Africa; from skin tones to subtle desert shades.
