We have been doing this kind of survey to know more about our customers. I am actually an owner of a small business wherein we sell clothes and a lot of accessories. And since one of the things I learned from my Marketing subjects before, which is about knowing more about your clients and what are the things that will make them satisfied. I usually do the surveys online because I know I will be able to reach wider market and it will definitely allow me introduce my line of business to these people. And I have to say that so far, so good. I mean, the surveys are really helpful.
